- Park in the parking area called “Green Lot” off Seminary Ridge Road. There will be a sign that says, “Seminary Ridge Historic Walking Trail” and “Seminary Ridge Museum” (the parking area is across the street from Seminary Ridge Museum).
- Enter the path at the back of the parking area by the sign that says, “Authorized Vehicles Only.”
- The paved path will lead into a gravel path.
- At the Y in the path veer to the right and continue on the path.
- At the next Y in the path go right heading toward Route 30.
- Keep on the path as it goes around the Gettysburg Municipal Authority Well House.
- After going around the Well House the path will head toward the right, a wooden fence will be to your left.
- Follow the path heading toward Seminary Ridge Road. Carefully cross the road staying on the path. The path will be near Route 30 and then start to veer toward the right going away from Route 30.
- At the T in the path go right heading up the hill toward the Seminary Museum.
- The post will be located to the right of the path halfway before you reach the top of the hill/Seminary Museum.
- Continue on the path heading up the hill and carefully cross the street toward the museum.
- After crossing the street turn right, walking in the grass (museum will be to your left), and head toward Seminary Ridge Road.
- The grass will lead to a sidewalk. Continue straight on the sidewalk until you reach the crosswalk at Seminary Ridge Road.
- Carefully cross the road at the crosswalk and head back to the original parking area.
